Once training to be a SeeD, she now is Seifer's minion.
17-ish!

Well, Fujin hangs out with Raijin, around the Garden. She rarely speaks more then three words at a time, she often shouts "DIE, HATE, KILL".  She throws a bladed boomerang almost- and her name means wind. (Boy do I love names that mean something.). She later turns neutral, not caring for Sefier's opinions. :D 
Her eye is missing, presumably from a incident long forgotten. You have to fight her once, and lemme say, I betcha won't forget it. She's rather tough, and her weapon and GF rock.
