All ages, as long as they are skilled gamers.
The game..is too good to be true. The characters may look a little "dorky", but I am sure no one has seen such quality, since...Zelda..I am sure. The challenge is hard, and the action is plentyful. I purchased the game, and unravaled the paper bounding it. Then, I popped it in...and saw great graphics, great storyline and tons of hardcore gaming! The sound is also as clear as a bell, and very true to how space would sound (if one imagined it). The only bad part is that I am horrible at gaming, thus I am still on the first planet...so actually I better scram to play it! I recomend this to "Serious" gamers only, because it is a very tough game. And also one of the longest, it has up to 100+ hours of gaming. The varitety is wonderful, you can be a cyberpooch, a strong willed male hero, a very buff female and a flying robot. They all fight well, and they make the gameplay more interesting. The weapons will make Goldeneye squirm as it's equal dares to cross the line and become higher.You need to be able to handle freqent action, because these enemies don't stop when you are scared. There are hundreds shooting at you, you need to be able to load gun, shoot and cartwheel away (the controls are also a little hard to learn, making it odd to cartwheel away at first). And repeat that for a looooong time, I swear! So when people say this is a geeky game...they're just afraid to play and lose. And lose is what they would do. So if looking for a flashing Nintendo game, grab this one, and if looking for a boring one, pick up Quest64. I am sure it fits people who want a yawn, very well. As this one fits people who would like an above average adventure, sure to last one at least 3 weeks. Good job Rare.. I'm a satisfied customer.
***** Stars out of *****; Great game, no flaws.. I really liked it however I found out that it gets a bit tedious after awhile. I liked the intense strategy involved in the game, however what I did not like was the Tribals. They were sooo boring after awhile. X.x;

Bottomline: Just get this game if you like intense, cool action games. If you like games like Pokemon.. avoid!
