Have you ever just sat down and played a game that you could play for about twenty million hours.. and would except there are a few things in life called Dinner and bathroom breaks? Well The Legend of Zelda Ocarina of Time is one of those games, which is a rarity now adays. You are set in the world, named Hyrule, as a twelve year old Kokiri boy who everyone rejects. His only friend is Saria, a green haired Kokiri who's extremely nice and cheery. Kokiri's are a race of Hylians who cannot leave the Forest, or they will die. Well what if you got out of that forest, because you were a chosen one? Well this is this stories storyline. Which was the best I've seen in a llooooooooooooong time. Mwahaha.
This game isn't like your typical game, where it follows off where the rest of the series came from, it's a prequal. It's what happened before the other five Zelda games on the systems like Gameboy, and SNES. It however does not toss out all the traditional enemies, but however adds new and more exciting ones.
The graphics will blow you away, and you should definitly look at them more closely. When you go into a room that is dark - it feels dark. The bosses feel real. When the sun sets, yes, this game has real sunrises and sunsets!, you feel like it's growing colder, and the sky is darkening.
The music is good, sureal! It creates the ultimate feeling. In otherwords, this game is the sucess for Nintendo. IT is the game. It is the best game for the 64 yet, and seeing it's sequel comes out on mai birthday, I'm going to be a helluva happy camper come November. " Get Zelda or GET OUT!!!!! "
*****stars. A great game! Of course I like it, a large part of my site is devoted to it.
Bottom Line: Damn, this is a really really great game...
