Her fighting skills got her into the garden at age 15. From the Quistis got her permit to teach SeeDs. However, she doesn't apperently have the skills to teach, seeing that she cares too much for her pupils. Now she has become a basic SeeD cadet. She uses a whip, with a blade attached at the end.

She's quite mellow, and has always tried to replace Ellone, the SeeDs, sister. Or kind of a guardian. She's tall for a female SeeD, standing 5'6", and cares deeply for all SeeDs, especially Squall Leonheart.
