Well Rinoa Heartilly is quite energetic, and a true leader. She got a crush on Squall Leonheart, after Seifer turned to the dark side. She's kinda a take em and leave em girl, which isn't very nice..
Her special attacks involve her dog, Angelo. You can train Angelo about five cool attacks by reading Pet Lovers Magazine. o.o! Her weapon is a pinwheel, which is a interesting contraption that works sorta like a boomerang, spinning around and then coming back.
She later gets knocked out in a fight, and gets into a coma- and then decides to become a witch. She's a significant part of FF8's storyline.
