This whole game basically follows Squall. Squall is the major hero in this game. He's a silent one- and often doesn't let on if he even cares about anyone.. he doesn't support his coleauges, and oftens acts as if he could care less.
His favored weapon is a gunblade. If you press the 'e' key on the keyboard when his blade is a bout to hit the target- you'll do higher damage. ^^! Squall shows his true feelings for Rinoa when she is knocked into a coma. He doesn't actually want to lead SeeD, but he's forced to by Headmaster Cid Kramer, who just seems to give up. Put in charge, he's forced to fight the Sorceress Edea, whom the world seems to love.. and Squall can't forget the sweet kind image of Matron- Edea's other alias. Why did she haveta change?
